The Agenda for first meeting of the year (download below) along with goals and challenges the community is facing. Whilst there are no current submissions required the ongoing saga of the Tamahere Reserve on Tauwhare Rd remains unresolved.
Prior to Christmas your committee paid a visit to the reserve to inspect its 'current state' and to further their understanding around delays by the WDC to bring the
Tamahere Reserve – Council failure to the Tamahere community
o TCC Report, including issues raised with TPGL and TMRT current concerns and frustrations, including Councils zero maintenance and Reclassification process and why it is stalled
o Council desire for Name change - is it necessary?

Check out the agenda for the TCC Meeting at the Community Centre, Tuesday 4th of February. Meeting commences sharp at 7.30pm and is usually finished by 9.30pm. You are invited to attend where your voice will be heard should you wish to make a contribution.
